Milestones Package
With 45-minute consultations tailored to your baby's developmental stage, we're here to guide you every step of the way. We offer 5 sessions in this package:
1. Dive into tummy time activities, tracking, and asymmetry checks in the newborn-2 month phase.
2. Focus on rolling skills and reaching milestones at 3-4 months.
3. Enhance sitting milestones at 5-7 months.
4. Support crawling and transitions at 8-10 months.
5. Navigate standing and walking at 11-14 months.
Intro to solids
Ages: 6 months+ (must sit upright in seat)
Cost: $150 total (includes cup, plate, and utensils)
Ready to begin solids? This 4-class series helps you introduce new textures and flavors while supporting your baby's oral motor development. Learn safe feeding strategies, improve mealtime confidence, and foster healthy eating habits—all guided by a Speech-Language Pathologist and Occupational Therapist.
Here's a glimpse of what each week entails:
- Week 1: The Basics - Lay the foundation with essential feeding techniques and safety tips.
- Week 2: Messy Play - Embrace the mess as we explore textures and sensory experiences.
- Week 3: Protein Power - Introduce protein-rich foods and learn how to incorporate them into your baby's diet.
- Week 4: Graduation - Celebrate your baby's journey into the world of solids and reflect on their progress!
As part of the program, your family will receive a toolkit equipped with oral motor toys, a straw cup, a suction plate, and BLW spoons to facilitate your baby's exploration. Additionally, your little one will enjoy the comfort and support of our ergonomic UPseat during each session.
Toddle & Talk
Ages: 7–18 months
Cost: $30 per class
Join us for a fun and interactive playgroup designed for parents and their little ones. Led by a Speech-Language Pathologist and an Occupational Therapist, each session supports the development of early communication, sensory exploration, and foundational motor skills in a nurturing and engaging environment.
Wiggles & Coos
Ages: Birth–6 months
Cost: $30 per class
This newborn class supports early development through bonding, sensory stimulation, and guided play. Caregivers will learn how to support head-turn preferences and prevent flat spots, all while connecting through play. The class uses the TummyTime!™ Method to encourage early motor and communication milestones.
Infant Feeding Support Group
All Ages Welcome
Cost: Donation-based (to cover room rental)
Led by a Certified Breastfeeding OT and SLP, this support group offers a safe, welcoming space to ask questions and get guidance on feeding. Topics include chest/bottle feeding, latching issues, weighted feeds, pumping, and more. Whether you need advice or just a reason to get out of the house—come as you are.
